  6. Saute Mushrooms, add to slow cooker with Sundried Tomatoes and cook for ½ hour.
  7. Add Baby Spinach and optionally parmesan cheese, stir and serve!.

Tried this recipe yesterday with some slight adaptations, including using vegetable stock instead of chicken, & I love it, no more stirring risotto! The easiest chicken risotto there is, just combine all the ingredients in a low cooker and forget about it! The bacon keeps it rich and juicy. A super easy slow cooker chicken recipe!
