- Grind/blend the scotch bonnet, onion, Ginger and garlic, pour it in a bowl, add Seasonings, Oil and spices, mix and set aside..
- In a bowl, add the fish and pour Vinegar, wash and remove all the scales..
- Using kitchen towel/tissue, dry up the fish, using your hand or kitchen brush, spread the whole skin and inner part with your mixed spices. Marinate Over night or some hours..
