Vegetable Coconut Rice step by step

  1. Wash your rice thoroughly and drain for some minutes.
  2. Toast your rice with butter on low heat until it turns brown..
  3. Pour out the coconut milk and meat stock into the pot. If there is need for more water you can add boiled water.and let it cook.
  4. Rep your vegetables and start cooking.
  5. In a different pot, heat oil and then add onions, garlic,and pepper puree.let it steam for 2 mins.
  6. Add carrot, green pepper, seasoning and spices.
  7. Pour the cooked rice while still turning it.
  8. Finally add green pepper, spring onions and corn maize.let it cook for few mins on low heat. Food is ready.
