Ingredients of Coconut Rice
- It's 1 cup of Basmati Rice.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 cup of grated Coconut.
- It's 1.5 cup of chopped Jaggery.

Coconut Rice step by step
- Wash the Rice, remove all water and keep it aside. Soak it for 15-20 minutes. In a large vessel keep the water for boiling. Add Salt and washed & soaked Rice in it and cook it. When the Rice is cooked, remove the excess water with the help of a strainer. Keep the cooked Rice in a plate and let it cool down. *Rice should be cooked well and all rice grains should be separated.
