- Ab aik patili me 3,4 tbsp oil daal kar piyaz and lehsan adrak daal fry ksrain.
- Ab is me dahi, besan ka mixture dalain lal mirch and namak daal kar 4,5 lit pani daal kar spoon se chalati rahain jab ubaal ajaye to haldi daal dain.
- Thodi thodi der me spoon chalati rahain utni der tak pakain ke kadhi ke mutabiq ye thick ho jaye.
- Ab pakodon ke liye besan me mirch,namak,baking soda,hara dhania,hari mirch,piyaz and kuta dhania daal kar gadha mixture banalain.
- Ab pakode fry kar ke kafhi me daal dain 5 minunt low flame per dhak dain.
