  1. Lets Go Prepare 150 gm of Palak (Spinach).
  2. What You needis 1 bowl of finely chopped veggies.(Potato, Pumpkin and any veggies you like.).
  3. Lets Go Prepare 6-7 of small Urad dal badi lightly fried in low flame of gas.
  4. It's 1 of medium Onion thinly sliced.
  5. Lets Go Prepare 3 cloves of garlic minced.
  6. It's 2 of green chilies slit and chopped.
  7. It's 1 of larger tomato chopped.
  8. Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of zeera.
  9. What You needis of Salt as per taste.

  1. First chop the vegetables in to thin slices. Chop the stems of Palak and mix with the chopped veggies. Chop the Palak leaves and keep aside..
  2. In a microwave bowl take the veggies and salt and cook covered in microwave till half done..
  3. Now take a wok. In low medium flame fry the zeera till the aroma comes. Add chopped green chilli, onion, garlic and fry for 2 minutes in low flame..
  4. Add the chopped Palak, tomatoes, half-boiled veggies and fried badi to the wok and mix properly. No need to add salt anymore as we have taken it with veggies..
  5. Cook in low flame till done. Serve hot with Rice and/or Roti. Thanks.☺.
