  1. Grind onion, ginger and papaya to make a fine paste.
  2. Take the kabab meat in a big bowl. add the onion paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt. then add mustard oil. mix well with your hands..
  3. Place a burning coal piece in a small bowl and keep in the center of the bowl. drop ghee on it and cover to smoke the marinade.after 4 mins open and take out the coal..cover and keep aside for 1 hr..
  4. After 1hr. mix well again then put the thin meat slices on the satay sticks to make kababs..
  5. Note(satay sticks should be dipped in water for 10 mins to avoid burning it)press within the palm to smothen the kababs. put all the meat slices on satay sticks and keep ready..
  6. Now heat a pan. brush oil on it. lower the flame. place 4 sticks on the pan. close lid and cook for 2 mins till water is dried up..
  7. Then place a wire rack on the gas stove. switch on the gas on high flame. place the kabab brush oil and cook on both sides till it has the burning effect of tandoor..
  8. Serve hot with lemon and onion rings..
