  1. Firstly seive maida milk powder & baking soda..
  2. Now in a mixing bowl mix butter & sugar with a wooden spatula till it is soft & smooth..
  3. Now add the dry powder in 2-3 shift and mix well..
  4. Now add milk little by little and knead a soft dough..
  5. Let it rest for 10 mins..
  6. Meanwhile microwave jam for 1 min and then beat it well with a spoon till it is soft and smooth..
  7. Now make small marble size balls from the dough..
  8. Make a small indentation in the center of each dough ball with your thumb and fill it with about 1/4 teaspoon of jam..
  9. Grease the baking tray and place the cookies leaving some gap in between..
  10. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins..
  11. Now bake the cookies for 18-20 mins..
  12. Once done place the baking tray on a and iron rack and let it cool at room temperature..
  13. Once cooled store it in a airtight jar..
