  1. Wash ur beef,smoked fish stock fish and periwinkle with hot water and salt.
  2. Spice the beef,smoked fish, periwinkle And stockfish with Maggi,salt,onion and grinded pepper..
  3. Boil the beef for 20minutes.
  4. When the stock water has almost dried you add crayfish,pepper and palm oil.
  5. Leave it to boil for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the waterleaf and leave for 3 minutes.
  7. Then add the afang With a pinch of salt.
  8. Stir and leave to boil for 2 minutes.
  9. Ready to serve.
