- Set aside 8 cherries, put the rest into a blender.
- Slice half of 1 cucumber for garnish. Peel & chop the rest and add to the blender with the cherries.
- Add in the pom juice and mint then blitz until pureed smooth.
- To make each cooler, pour 120mls of the blended mixture into ice filled glasses, top with 120mls sparkling water, sweeten with agave to taste and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a cherry.
