  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
  3. add other liquid ingredients (vanilla and applesauce) and mix well.
  4. add bananas after you have peeled and mashed them.
  5. add everything one at a time mix as you go....
  6. pour into 4 greased loaf pans or make 48 muffins by filling muffin cups only 2/3 full... loaves will take about 45 min to an hour and muffins take about 25 min....
  7. poke middle with toothpick to test and see if their are done....

I am also going to try and use a little bit less sugar. I also used a unbleached white/multi-grain flour which I purchased at Costco.
