Javas/ Flax seed chutney instructions
- Dry roast flax seeds for 5-7 minutes till they fluff up and become crunchy..
- Add sesame seeds to the same pan and roast for another 2 minutes..
- Add cumin seeds and roast for a minute more..
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Roast them till they become crunchy..
