  1. At first in a blender add dates and blend to coarse paste without adding any water keep aside..
  2. Now in a pan roast flax seed for 2,3 minutes at low flame.turnoff the flame let it cool completely then grind to make fine powder..
  3. Now in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee and add dryfruits roast on low flame for 2 minutes or till nuts turn crunchy..
  4. Now add poppy seeds in to this and roast for 1 minute.now add flax seed powder mix well..
  5. Now add in crushed dates and mix well.cook on medium flame. saute till the dates start releasing oil..
  6. Now turnoff flame and allow to cool little..
  7. Now prepare small size laddo or size make according to your choice..
  8. Finally, serve immediately or store dates ladoo in airtight container for a month or more..
