Palak Paneer step by step
- Boil water in a pot add the palak leaves. Let it boil for 5 mins. Strain the leaves and keep aside..
- In a kadai, add Butter and add the ingredients given for masala one by one and saute well till the onions becomes translucent and tomatoes becomes mushy..
- Cool it completely and add to a mixie jar along with the palak leaves. Grind to a smooth paste..
- In another kadai, add butter. Keep the flame in medium and add the ground paste..
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and required water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins..
- Atlast add paneer. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins..
- Add fresh cream. Mix well and transfer to a bowl..
- Now it's ready hot to serve with Chapathi, Roti, Naan and Phulka..
