  1. What You needis 6 slice of Bacon.
  2. Lets Go Prepare 2 tbsp of Mayo.
  3. What You needis 2 can of White tuna in water.
  4. What You needis 1 can of 4 oz. can of diced green chili's, or fresh roasted..
  5. Lets Go Prepare 1 loaf of Fresh baked bread, or rolls. I buy the frozen dough.
  6. What You needis 1 of tomato sliced.
  7. Lets Go Prepare 1/2 cup of shredded cheese of your choice or several slices of cheese.

  1. Bake bread or rolls as indicated on package.
  2. Cook perfect bacon ( see my perfect bacon.).
  3. preheat oven to 350.
  4. mix tuna & mayo, add salt & pepper.
  5. slice tomato.
  6. dice green chili's if necessary.
  7. cool bread, or rolls slice in half.
  8. spread bread with a thin layer of mayo.
  9. spread tuna mixture unto bread evenly.
  10. spread green chili's on top of tuna.
  11. add tomato.
  12. add slices of bacon.
  13. sprinkle shredded, or place sliced cheese on top.
  14. cover with other half of bread.
  15. bake at 350 for 15+ minutes until warmed and cheese is melted.
