Smashed Potatoes with Parmesan Gremolata instructions

  1. After washing the potatoes really well and scrubbing off the mud and other unnecessary bits sticking on it, cook them until they are fork tender in a pot of boiling water.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking away, preheat your oven to.
