- Lets Go Prepare 1 of small cauliflower cut into florets.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 of egg or Flax egg (veg version).
- What You needis 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- It's 1 TSP of extra virgin olive oil.
- It's 1/3 cup of chopped capsicum and bell peppers.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- It's 2 tbsp of pizza sauce.
- Lets Go Prepare of Oregano, parsley and or red chilli flakes as topping.
Cauliflower crusted Pizza Bites instructions
- Boil sufficient water with pinch of turmeric. Add florets. Boil for 4 minutes.
- Drain excess water and allow florets to cool completely.
- Grind cauliflower to fine rice.
- In a bowl, add ground florets, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 180. Line baking tray.
- Shape cauliflower mixture to small roundels and flatten it slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, add oil, salt, pepper to veggies and mix well.
- Dab pizza sauce on each crust.
- Add veggie topping and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg.
- Allow to cool lightly, now transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with oregano parsley and red chilli flakes. Serve.
