  1. Lets Go Prepare 1 of small cauliflower cut into florets.
  2. Lets Go Prepare 1 of egg or Flax egg (veg version).
  3. What You needis 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. It's 1 TSP of extra virgin olive oil.
  5. It's 1/3 cup of chopped capsicum and bell peppers.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. Lets Go Prepare 1/2 TSP of pepper.
  8. It's 2 tbsp of pizza sauce.
  9. Lets Go Prepare of Oregano, parsley and or red chilli flakes as topping.

  1. Boil sufficient water with pinch of turmeric. Add florets. Boil for 4 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water and allow florets to cool completely.
  3. Grind cauliflower to fine rice.
  4. In a bowl, add ground florets, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Add eggs and mix well.
  6. Preheat oven to 180. Line baking tray.
  7. Shape cauliflower mixture to small roundels and flatten it slightly.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool.
  9. In a bowl, add oil, salt, pepper to veggies and mix well.
  10. Dab pizza sauce on each crust.
  11. Add veggie topping and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  12. Bake for 5-6 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg.
  13. Allow to cool lightly, now transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with oregano parsley and red chilli flakes. Serve.
