- It's 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper.

- Preheat the oven to 450 F..
- Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag or between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten it out to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat tenderizer. (Note: You can use a heavy pan or a rolling pin if you don't have a meat tenderizer.).
- Measure out each of flour, egg and breadcrumbs in 3 separate plates/containers..
