  1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and herbs or spices..
  2. Make a well in the centre and add olive oil and water..
  3. Mix with a fork then wet your hands and mix till you have a ball of dough..
  4. Dust work surface and need for 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic..
  5. Put dough back in bowl and cover for 15 minutes..
