  3. Mash well along with the butter. Add the herbs, pepper and some salt if needed. I went with dry herbs and they still tasted great. Finally add the milk and sour cream and mash / mix it all well together..
  4. Serve warm! If you are making this a day ahead, I would warm it up in the oven than microwaving it..
