Caesar Salad Dressing instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
  2. In a blender add all the caesar dressing ingredients aside from the salt and pepper and blend until lump free.
  3. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Dice bread into roughly 1cm by 1cm pieces and then coat in oil, salt and oregano.
  5. Place croutons onto a lined baking tray and place in preheated oven for 14 mins or until golden brown and crunchy.
  6. Remove croutons from the oven and allow to cool.
  7. Place your desired amount of lettuce, cucumber, avocado, anchovies into bowls and then drizzle on caesar dressing, croutons and a little more parmigiano reggiano to finish.
