- In a bowl add chicken g.g paste, lemon juice, salt and zarda colour,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes...
- In another bowl add yogurt, all spices and mix well and set aside....
- In wok add oil,and heat oil... then add marinated chicken mix well and fry for 10-12 minutes....
- Add tomatoes puree and mix well....
- Now add spices yogurt and mix well... now cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes....
- When chicken is soft...Now cook on high flame until oil separates....
- Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes....
- Add ginger,green chilli, fresh coriander and cover it and cook for 1 minute on low flame....
