- What You needis 1 cup of all purpose flour.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
- Lets Go Prepare to taste of salt.
- Lets Go Prepare of courflour according to need.

Spring Rolls instructions
- Put the maida in a bowl.Add 1/2 tsp of salt & 1 tsp oil..Mix it..
- Add little water & mix it.Make a smooth dough. Put little oil on the dough..
- Cover it with lid & keep aside for 20 minutes.Meanwhile,heat oil in a karahi & add all the veggies & saute for few minutes..
- After 20 minutes, make small balls out of the dough.Sprinkle some cornflour on them.Make small chapatis out of them..
- Now take 1 chapati,with the help of brush, oil all the edges.Sprinkle some cornflour on it & put 2 nd chapati on it & again do the same process & put 3rd chapati on it..
- Sprinkle cornflour on the rolling board & put the three layered chapati on it With the help of rolling pin,roll it as much as ur tawa..
- Heat tawa & put the chapati on it.Roast it little from both sides & take it on the plate.Do the same process with leftover balls..
- Now let them cooldown. Slowly slowly apart them.Make a thick paste of cornflour with water.Apart all the chapatis..
- Put 1 tsp of cooked veggies on the corner of one chapati we have to put on roasted side.Fold both sides & grease the corners & edges with paste & roll the chapati..
- Do the same process with leftover chapatis. Heat oil & deep fry them till they become golden brown..
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup..
