  2. What You needis 30 gms of Grated beetroot.
  3. What You needis 50 gms of Pomegranate.
  4. What You needis 2 pieces of Strawberry.
  5. It's 50 gms of Grapes.
  6. It's 1 of Orange.
  7. What You needis 1/2 cup of Mint finely chopped.
  8. What You needis to taste of Pink salt.

Fruity Tabbouleh step by step

  1. Wash the bulgur wheat. Cook them in water, drain it in a strainer and keep aside as the granules before comes soft and chewy..
  2. Grate the beetroot, Chop the mint leaves finely and add it to cooked bulgur wheat. Mix it well.if you want you can give a shape like heart shape i have given..
  3. Chop the fruits as per your choice - finely or big chunks and add it to the bowl. Spice it up with salt & pepper. Mix it gently and refrigerate it for 10 mins..
