Healthy Crepes instructions

  1. Whisk eggs.
  2. Add flours and ground chia seeds and mix.
  3. Whisk in milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. Heat 9 inch frying pan to medium heat.
  5. Pour batter into pan, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat until batter is done.
  8. Serve warm with berries, yogurt, nuts, etc..
  9. Note: add more milk if too thick.
