Cherry White Chocolate Clafoutis instructions
- Grease a pie plate with butter & sprinkle some brown sugar over it & keep aside..
- In a mixing bowl take butter & sugar & beat it well. Then add vanilla and egg substitute and beat it nicely..
- Now add mashed banana and beat it nicely, then add milk and cream to the wet mix and beat everything nicely..
- Then sieve maida, besan & baking powder into the wet ingredients and make a smooth batter. Then place the pitted cherries over the greased pie plate & pour the batter over them and immediately transfer the Clafoutis in a baking tray top it with white chocolate & bake it for 45 minutes over 180°c both coil on..
- To make egg substitute- in a bowl take oil, water & baking powder and mix it nicely..
